At SHRIS, we are dedicated to ensuring that you adore your selections.
Size Exchange Policy:
- Due to the bespoke nature of our orders, where we ship from India to other countries, we are unable to offer a size exchange option. However, we provide extra seam allowance on the inside of every product to help you fit your dress well on your body, just in-case you need it. Please ensure your size selection is accurate before confirming your order. If you need assistance, our team is readily available to guide you through the process. Sale Purchase Policy:
- Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns. However, if there is a damage with your product due to our oversight, please reach out to us immediately. Our team will review the situation and, if deemed appropriate, will guide you through the steps for addressing the issue.
Eligibility for Review:
- To be considered for a review by our team, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain all original labels and tags, packed in their original packaging. Please include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID with the parcel.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you choose to return your item. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the item is safely returned.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returns sent after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to you. In case of returns, the cost incurred for courier and customs charges will be borne by the customer. Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will notify you on the return charges incurred due to courier and customs duties and the amount that will be deducted from your payment for the dress. Then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
